Oklahoma Sen. Dan Newberry will host four breakfast meetings in Jenks as part of his Eggs Over Issues’ program.
The dates are: Feb. 28, March 28, April 25 and May 23. All events begin at 7:30 a.m. at Reasor’s Café, located at 446 S. Elm St. in Jenks.
The program gives residents a chance to meet and chat with Sen. Newberry, who represents the 37th District, covering Tulsa County west of the Arkansas River.
Jenks Chamber of Commerce President Josh Driskell said the event represents an important opportunity for residents.
“We appreciate Sen. Newberry making himself available in Jenks, and it will be important for our residents to take advantage of this opportunity to give him feedback on issues concerning our area,” Driskell said.
The event is free and open to the public.
